The restaurant was amazing at 14th floor, I tried tasty dishes. Got exceptionally comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Great and good location, the private parking was available.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help with any questions or requests. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. We were able to easily explore and visit nearby attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, and the free bottled water provided was a nice touch. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. we had a fantastic experience at this venue.

The staff here is very welcoming and the breakfast is great, plus the location is amazing, near the red metro line, and the rooms have lovely views of the river.

The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking, with a picturesque river, stunning cathedral, and magnificent monuments in sight. The spacious rooms provided ample comfort and the breakfast spread was simply amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The hotel had impressive open spaces and comfortable, spotless rooms with large bathrooms. The breakfast buffet was full of options with the choice of having sheets and towels changed daily or on request. A key location meant walking distance of just 25 minutes to the major sightseeing spots. What I liked most was their quick and courteous room service.

The security could be frustrating, causing complications when trying to get luggage and tour guides into the hotel and a slow, difficult check-in process. The staff seemed to lack communication as emails were ignored and requests were answered unhelpfully or not at all.
